Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:config
2. Set browser.tabs.closeButtons to 3
Actual results:
Style of "close" button is not similar to other tab bar buttons (new tab, panorama). Especially on mouse hover.
Expected results:
Style of "close" button must be similar to other tab bar buttons.

Panorama is gone as of 2016. Replacements https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/panorama-tab-groups/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/simple-tab-groups/
But there is a request to bring it back per Bug 1509350 - Provide tab groups (panorama)
